AL– Arabic Prefix means “The” and Nefre is driven from the ancient Egyptian word “Nefer” which means Beautiful. Alnefre is Reshaping the Beauty industry norms where “Luxury equals tons of Money” is simply not.
We believe Everyone deserves to have accessibility to high-end fabulous Makeup and Beauty products. Luxurious feeling, high quality, safe makeup should be in everyone’s grip and not a farfetched wish.
Our goal is to give you outstanding and unique products that deliver quality, purpose, and price. We have put sweat, tears, and years. Now we are finally super excited to introduce our first Cosmetic product to you.
Mascara Creation: True Story
Mascara holds such a special place in my Makeup journey. It was my first Cosmetic Crush; the first product I saw my mother apply & I was wearing it the first time I got caught “borrowing” makeup to school. Something about long thick black lashes was so mesmerizing to me, more than any other Makeup. The joy of lash transformation & sentimentality inspired our product, however, a misfortune happened to my mom and that was the fire that led to a big challenge and to discovering a gap in the waterproof mascara realm.
When my mom was younger, she lost 70% of her lashes using high-end waterproof mascara. The loss was unfortunate, but it left even a bigger impact on as her lashes were one of her best features. Other people envied her & used to think she was wearing falsies. Until today my mom never got her beautiful long & thick lashes & she never touched another waterproof mascara since. That is until our Tempt & Seduce Dual Ended Waterproof Mascara.
From my mom’s unfortunate experience & my experience as a makeup addict & a makeup artist, I started trying and testing numerous waterproof formulas, from high-end to drug store what I noticed is, that most waterproof mascaras arguably would give you the cosmetic effect you are looking for, however, it’s what happens during your long hours of wearing your favorite mascara and after you have removed it, is where our lashes are getting malnourished.
In general, waterproof formulas tend to deprive our lashes from moisture & hydration. Just like our hair & skin, on the daily and especially when we wash them, we take away certain natural oils, moisture & nutrition which we need to compensate by applying hair conditioner / Mask & face creams for example.
Our lashes are no different, that’s why I created two formulas in one tube. One part is skin+ lash care infused with ingredients such as Keratin, Panthenol, Vitamin A, compound proteins to add and retain nutrition & hydration. The other part is cosmetic which gives buildable & extreme length, curl & volume. Both formulas achieve a balanced, healthy & sexy lashes.
About Founder
Rana started her beauty & makeup journey back in 2009 working for award winning International cosmetic company and continued with establishing a vast customer base.
She is also a beauty influencer & a youtuber but firstly a BOSSGIRL & and a SHE-Entrepreneur. She brings long years of experience in marketing and sales, branding & content creation. (Starting at the age of 19!)
“I wanted to create a High-end cosmetic brand that served a purpose & filled a gap. Accessible by everyone & feels right in terms of quality, packaging, value, and all in between. As I got old enough to earn and was allowed to wear makeup, I found that I had to do a lot of window shopping! Most high-quality and luxurious makeup can only be accessible by a certain segment of consumers, with excess in income. Short story long, I took matters into my own hands and created Alnefre by Rana”
Mascara of Dreams
I was always in search for a balanced waterproof vegan & Cruelty free mascara that suited my sensitive lashes & eyes, kept my lashes conditioned, gave me lifted, curled and volumized lashes, long lasting, dose not flake and break, leaving my eyes and lashes feeling happy. I basically wanted it all, can’t a girl dream!
My options where luxury mascaras, which were too pricy for an average earning working me, or budget friendly mascaras which delivered some of my lashes and eyes needs but not all. So, I decided to create my own “Perfect for me’’ Vegan Waterproof Mascara, that made my lash wishes come true.
